- Escorting the passenger inside terminal and assistance for Check-in process & baggage drop
- Dedicated Porter service for baggage assistance (Max. 3 pieces per guest). For additional baggage USD 1.5 is chargeable.
- For International terminal assisting the passengers for Immigration, and security Hold Area
- Assisting the passenger for retail shopping & Lounge access. (If opted)
- Drop the passenger to Boarding gate with a note of Happy Journey
