Escorted by NAS agent to departure lounge where they will be enjoying a pleasant, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere including refreshment, hot/cold beverages, hot meal…until the boarding time
Collected from lounge at agreed time then escorted directly to departure gate for boarding.
