Upon departure, a dedicated representative will be waiting you at the terminal building entrance holding a welcome sign with your name... You then will be escorted through various checkpoints (security, passport control, and customs ), then the representative will escort you to Ahlan Service lounge.
The service includes:
• Private car transfer from – to air plane.
• All airport formalities Assistance.
• VIP Ahlan Service Lounge access.

Enjoy premium VIP hospitality while our agents will take care of all the pre-flight procedures on your behalf.
Meeting Instructions:
- It is not allowed by National Security Services for agents to meet passengers with the name sign on departures service.
- The Passengers are requested to report to the VIP hall (Ahlan lounge) at the entrance of the departure terminal
- Check-in and collect your boarding pass
- Fill in immigration card and get stamp on the passport at the passport control
Once all the formalities are cleared, our agent will then escort you from the VIP Ahlan Lounge to the Aircraft Door.
