Our dedicated agent will be positioned at the arrival gate holding a sign that displays your name. Upon your arrival, the agent will provide exceptional assistance and guide you through all necessary airport procedures, including immigration controls and baggage retrieval, ultimately leading you to the exit.

Welcome Sign
Please specify in the comments the name you wish to have displayed on the welcome sign - whether it be your full name, an alias for confidentiality, or a company logo. Kindly inform us of your preference.

Arrival Gate
If your flight arrives via the airbridge, our dedicated agent will be stationed at the exit of the bridge. If, however, the aircraft is parked at a remote location, requiring passengers to take a shuttle bus to the terminal, our agent will be waiting at the terminal entrance.

Porter Service
We offer the option to include porter service as part of our VIP meet & greet package. The porter will meet you at the baggage claim area and assist you from that point to the exit. Please note that the porter service begins at the luggage belt, and the agent’s assistance with hand luggage from the arrival gate to the baggage claim will be provided at their discretion.

Immigration Controls
We take pride in facilitating our clients' passage through the long lines at passport controls, thereby saving valuable time. However, it is important to note that there are no official fast-track lanes at immigration controls in Italy, and the process is at the discretion of local law enforcement officers. This may result in occasional delays in expediting your journey through immigration.

Escorting to the Exit
We will escort you to your desired exit point. If you have arranged for a driver, our agent will facilitate the coordination of the meeting point to ensure a smooth handover. Additionally, we are more than happy to assist you in securing a regular taxi, guiding you to the airport rental car office, or directing you to the airport train or bus station.
