Service Features:
Passengers will be greeted at the arrival gate using a name board and then transported by a buggy car to the lounge for refreshments and light snacks. Our agent will then accompany the guests through the immigration counters transported by a buggy as well, then will be escorted to the visa on arrival counter (if necessary—qualified nationalities only), then to our Primeclass immigration lane, which is dedicated only for our clients. Porter service for the luggage will be included, and assistance will be given until the exit or until they meet their family or chaperones.
Muscat Airport Fast track :
Directly from your aircraft gate one of our agents will fast track you through immigration, security and customs formalities into the baggage collection area then into arrivals.
The service includes:
• Greeting at the flight gate by a personel assistance and a porter carrying a name sign with the buggy cars.
• While our guests are enjoying Primeclass Arrival Lounge refreshments, visa procedures are done by a personel assistance, if necessary.
• Dedicated Fast Track through immigration.
• Luggages are collected accompanied by a personel assistance and porter .
• Escorting to the exit of the Terminal accompanied by a personel assistance and porter.
