Have our hostess meet you by the aircraft or the aerobridge and fast-track through immigration and security.
Customers are kindly requested to identify themselves to the Al Maha Services Hostess who will be waiting at the aerobridge/aircraft with a personalised name board.
Alternatively, if the aircraft is parked at a remote bay, the Al Maha Services Hostess will welcome customers at the bottom of the stairs of the aircraft. From that moment on, they will escort customers to the Al Maha Services Arrivals Airside Lounge, where they can relax and unwind while immigration formalities are taken care of. Porter services at the baggage claim area will be provided, and customers will be escorted to their receiving party.
Additional access to the Al Maha Services Landside lounge is also included for up to 4 hours.
